-If you receive a damaged product-
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time.
If possible, take pictures and send them to us - we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged or missing items within three business days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any claims.
-If you receive products incorrect to your order-
Please notify us immediately and we will issue a return shipping label and send out the correct items to you on express shipment.
-If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake-
If the product is unused and packaged it can be returned within 5 business days of receiving it. In most cases, a full refund is quickly processed.
Restocking fees may apply for larger items.
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges.
As always, customer satisfaction is our first priority - so don't hesitate to call us.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where the customer has not provided sufficient shipping or payment information. Orders may also be canceled and refunded if items have been discontinued.
We do not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you and to complete credit card transactions.
